I have a friend from Sunderlandwho thanks to the noxious fumes in the air was born with a genetic disorder called Trisomy 23.
However, he's quite intelligent, doesn't have the errant palmar folds, the almond eyes, nor does he say "Timmah" at every opportunity.
Actually, he's a rubbish Downs....
