Rubbish TownsI once went to Basildon. It was closed, I got chased by a bunch of knuckle-dragged yobs until I was lost in a maze of concrete alleyways and got food poisoning off pie. Tell us about the awful places you've visited or have your home.

I've lived in Canterbury all my lifeI have my suspicions as to where it was you stayed...but I'd love to know which village it was for sure!

The worse thing about all this, the place got a glowing review in a B&B guidebook which is why we chose it.
