ShopliftingWhen I was young and impressionable and on holiday in France, I followed some friends into a sweet shop and we each stole something. I was so mortified by this, I returned them.
My lack of French hampered this somewhat - they had no idea why the small English boy wanted to add some chews to the open box, and saw it as an attempt by a nasty foreigner oik to contaminate their stock. Not my best day.

Geek theftScousersPet's recollection of lifting a Space Marine reminded me that I may or may not have pinched a treeman from the same shop years ago (the Bold Street one, so yonks ago). Thursday evenings in there basically consisted of spotty unwashed teenagers pretending to play Warhammer and filling their kecks with as many miniature lead people as possible. A mate walked out in full view with a Bloodbowl compendium once too. I don't think the staff actually gave much of a toss to be honest, the crazy nerds*.

Ah games workshop.......Is the easiest store in the world to steal from. I remember all those years ago when I used to be in to it. I stolen a number of things from the shop including the odd miniature, blister packs, a Dark Angels codex. The biggest thing I have ever stolen was a 35 quid model. It wasn’t the fact I really wanted the models, it just gave me the best adrenalin rush stealing.
