This is a question Shops and Supermarkets

I used to work in a supermarket where the girl on the deli counter cut off the top of her finger in the meat slicer, but was made to finish her shift before going to hospital. You can now pay £100 to shoot zombies in the store's empty shell, haunted by poor dead nine-finger deli girl. Tell us your tales of the old retail experience, from either side of the counter

Mind you, this is quite a scandalous tale, I'd imagine that you have a local news link to this sort of thing?

I was told the story (if that is what it was) by two fellow fridge engineers who were working at the site when it happened. Instead of showing my contempt at said supermarket, I should have branded them liars given them the Spanish inquisition.
I can't find a link for a news story for this incident. Only one in Gillingham approx 1 month before. Where someone died on the shop floor and customers were up in arms about the aisle being closed off. www.metro.co.uk/news/889472-shoppers-complain-as-paramedics-tend-to-dying-man

So, in essence, you haven't bothered to make this up, you're repeating something someone else has made up?

whatever...
I just told a story I heard about a supermarket. If you're panties are in a bunch about it, stick it in the archive. I'm off down the pub.
