Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

-shortness of breath
-generally unfit
-eyes start fucking up
-chest infections come like anything
-chest infections take longer to go away
-immune system just packs in
-you turn into a nervous wreck when you haven't had one
-you fucking stink!
