i worked with a similar bloke, only throw in christian fundamentalist into the equation. funny enough not long after i left that job, he was given 90 days to find another job in the company or piss off. word has it he saw it as an oppotunity to stop his crappy attempts at coding and become a priest - a man who was regularly disciplined for making leud and old fashioned sexist comments.
