Whereasyour worst quality is being a terrible interviewer. That question is famous for only being asked by fucking idiots. What do you expect her to say? I think things have gone fairly badly in your recruitment process already if all your candidates can't reply with a basic, "Sometimes I get so caught up in work that I don't make enough time for my personal life."
