Public sector risk averseness gone madOnce worked on a government project to build a website. Obviously, what with bringing in consultants and having meetings with stakeholders they never actually *built* it. Before this became clear I met the head of department to talk about how to publicise this expensive site when it went live. She rejected a mention on Wikipedia as "too risky"...
