I just went DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH eight times a second and nothing happened.Far more likely that the blowing air caused chills, and the change in pressure caused nausea.

Hmmmquite likely.
I couldn't find reference to the 8hz, so I may well have remembered that wrong.
I did find this though:
