HomeworkMrs G reports only this week that she was marking some homework of year 6 pupils and was surprised that a particular pupil scored an extremely low result, way below that which would have been expected, and low even by the generally low expectations which are the norm for her pupils.
On questioning this pupil as to what had happened to cause such a lapse, the child in question stated “I did my homework in the dark”. There is really nothing you can say at that point is there?
