You're kidding right?What magical property is blood supposed to have that causes this colour change from one primary colour to a completely different primary colour?
Also i'm not sure there would be oxygen in a syringe, isn't it like a vacuum?

Chemistry is magic?Learn some chemistry, then you'll know about this magical colour changing stuff.
Look up stuff about metals, their oxidation states and their salts.
And then look up haemoglobin.
