This is a question Amazing displays of ignorance

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "My dad's friend told us there's no such thing as gravity - it's just the weight of air holding us down". Tell us of times you've been floored by abject stupidity. "Whenever I read the Daily Express" is not a valid answer.

Not intuitively obvious??
It's in Welsh. You know. A different language. It isn't supposed to be intuitively obvious.

Mind you, one of the funniest things about the Welsh language is the way they nick English words, and then phoneticaly spell them with a Welsh pronunciation e.g. 'ambiwlans' for 'ambulance'. The Japanese do something similar, though.
