I've had guns pointed at me in many different countries, sometimes even by our own side. I've also sat on my own on a beach on a desert island, which was nice because nobody was trying to shoot me. Tell us your tales of foreign travel.

That was awesome, not least because it uncovered a bit of the nepotism that goes on at Guardian Towers
Interestingly, Isabella Rusbridger writes for them under the name Bella Mackie (her mum's maiden name) presumably because it would be bad form for her to use the name that really got her the job - that of her father, who is the editor of the Guardian, funnily enough.
