That only came in in about 2007 Sidekick.And even then you could buy dope in the Doors Cafe (A coffee shop) and then go round the corner to the Doors Palace (used to be a coffee shop that sold beer, turned into a pub when the law against selling dope AND beer in the same premesis came in), buy a cold Heinekin AND smoke your newly bought spliff in there with no trouble whatsoever. You couldn't smoke a normal cigarette indoors though.
Also, he didn't say this had happened in the last couple of years now, did he?
