My clunker runs on autogas
it takes f-u-c-k-i-n-g ages to fill up & there are only ever a maximum of 2 gas pumps at any servo. Most of us "autogassers" will politely move our vehicles out of the way once filled when we go in to pay. Not so the wankers who I have to sit behind whilst they spend 5 min. filling up (usually on petrol NOT gas but meh - going to happen anyway) but then go into the servo, spend 15 mins. shopping & come out with 764 placcy bags full of stale, over-priced servo junk food! I could have filled, paid, got home and be cracking my first coldy by then! Chaps my chuddies that does.
Interestingly the autogas nozzles reach both sides of my car too!

While I see your point I have two concerns. Firstly, if I start to move my car before paying for the petrol won't the staff get their knickers in a knot thinking that I am going to do a runner? Secondly, it is not the case that the hose will reach to either side of the car at all petrol stations, just some. I know because I have tried it and looked a knob when the hose didn't reach.

However, people who buy loads of shite in the shop and then spend two hours distributing it to all the people in the car are arseholes and should be shot.

these days with cctv and the price of petrol I think the cops'd get to your home before you did to hand you the fine on top of the $50 petrol you just ducked out on.
Gas pumps are a little different to the petrol one (which usually just come out of the bowser and have no flexibility) whereas gas ones are usually on a raised flexible arm above the bowser.

& yes, the weekly shop in the servo whilst you car is still parked in the lane - go to a supermarket (they tend to be cheaper) or move yer fucking car first.
