There was something like this on 'Ghosts of the Underground'
some paranormal programme that was on a couple of years ago about, well, ghosts on the London underground. Two night workers were working in an office and a face leaned through the wall and looked at them before leaning back in again, and one of the poor sods that saw it never went back.

Can't say I blame him really.
