Dunno if it's been doctored or notbut it looks like a straight line between the ghost face, the face of the girl standing with her purse on her wrist, and the overhead light. And the shape and the angle of the face of that girl and the ghost face look awfully similar. I'm guessing a refraction of some sort.
Still pretty cool.
