If your definition of stupidity is "encountering something you don't understand"....because of your contempt for those thicker than you due to your encyclopaedic knowledge of the world around you and it's mysteries, and your friends are dense enough to fall for your fluttering a curtain on a regular basis as being paranormal then you are truly a proud and happy man.
If however there are things in this world you encounter that you don't understand, for example, the human brain, quantum physics, nuclear fusion, how the solar system is put together and so on, then unfortunately by your own definition you are indeed a dumb fucker.
