I work with someone who used to work in a bank. She had an old guy come in to withdraw about £7000 from his savings.

He then told her how he'd won the Lottery. The Kenyan lottery. And he had never entered it. According to him the internet is a wonderful thing and can win you the lottery without you even filling out a ticket... Turns out he'd already sent off £10,000 and not heard back. Poor bugger.
