If he's still aliveI might just put him up there.
He main policies are
1) Free tuna to children under 25 years old.
2) A radical cutback to cat litter due to its impact on the economy.
3) The culling of all vets to stop the spread of TB.
Can't be any worse than the current/last/future lot...
