Starting something you couldn't finish
Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

Hmmm
I once scored in the Razz in Liverpool. Very fit girl, up for a laugh and in an advance stage of drunkeness. We got completely signposted on cheap champagne; much to the detriment of Little Strump. Couldn't finish the job that evening; in fact, he wouldn't even stand up to start! Had a good go the following morning though...
I also really wish I'd bothered to finish a few video games before buying new ones, especially Ocarina of Time, GTA4 and Elite.
But on my second attempt, I did manage to finish the London Marathon last year! About 7 hours, but felt like a week to me
