Starting something you couldn't finish
Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

Good luck
I was in a similar situation (10 years ago almost exactly)...bitch of a manager who gave me no training and then bollocked me in front of the office for getting things wrong, impossible work targets, conflicting work goals (i.e. told to prioritise work and then bollocked for not completing less important work).
I lasted 5 months. I had a nightmare a couple of weeks ago that I was still there.

I would say welcome to my world
but you've been there and evidently you don't like it.
On the plus side I am planning on leaving now that I've worked long enough to get some cash behind me. But I'm waiting to slap that notice in at the right time.

Enjoy the moment (when you hand in your notice)
I had accrued almost half my yearly holiday, so my notice period was only 2 weeks.

Unfortunately I've just got the 4 weeks notice period
I've spent holiday's getting job interviews (lol) but haven't been too successful - next up is an interview on Tuesday(next week) so I'm really wanting to pull out all the stops to secure this one and I can finally GTF out of here.
Congrats btw, onwards and upwards.
