Starting something you couldn't finish

Easy, just find a cooler location;
such as a park or garden.
Alternaticely, visit a local food retail establishment. All but the smallest will have walk-in fridges, while a few will even have walk-in freezers. The staff will be happy to let you borrow the facilities, once you've explained your predicament in detail to a manager.
