I was born in PlymouthAnd lived there till I was 19. It is a massive shithole - tis true. If you hate culture and inspiration it would be right up your street.
I dunno where to suggest to avoid (Everywhere?) But I hear that the best places to go are North St and Mutley Plain. Dont get too excited though - theyre still shit.
