Well, no, not really.I mean - we paid the fee for the boat and everything, and parrots cost quite a lot of money. For a novelty gift it would be nothing short of foolish to spend such money on a complete stranger, not to mention cruel to the animal as invariably it would have been unwanted, and he might well have felt a little insulted as well.
