You could go down the path of one of the clients my missus used to work for.
He climbed onto a railway bridge, dived into the river, broke his neck and removed himself from the bipedal subset of humanity.
He successfully sued the local council because he found that the large signs proclaiming "No Diving - Injury May Occur" (or there-abouts) were facing outwards from the bridge and therefore he could not see them until after he had jumped.
Sad but true-fax!
