I used to spend quite a lot of time emailing love letters from people's PCs when they were at lunch, to their colleagues.
Always from men to other men for some reason.

I've seen it done staggeringly successfully...
...from a colleague to his boss. Started out as "you're a great boss" and then revved up.
Fortunately said boss has a robust sense of humour, identified the culprit, and told her she stank of fish.
