ErmI thought you slipped on the wet floor, grabbed the radiator (which broke) leading you to fall against the wall and hurt your arm\head? No, NO, I'm sure you're fine really. And you won't be suing for your injuries either. Stout chap. Chin up.

How dare they have a wet floor with a very awkwardly placed radiator on the wall no where near anything at all.
