Hmmm...Failed project just last night: trying to persuade a nice. well spoken girl who was moving into London from the country that our flat, despite being on an ex-council estate, was a haven of calm and a perfectly civil place to live.
Just as two ten-year olds shot past on the footpath outside the kitchen window on a motorbike.
