Worst Person for the Job
In a week where it emerges that the new Health Secretary is a fan of the hocus-pocus that is homeopathy, tell us about people who are spectacularly out of their depth in a job. Have you ever found yourself wallowing in your own incompetence? Tell us. (Note: "Name of football manager/politician - nuff said" does not constitute an answer)

I once volunteered for the Samaritans
I was awful at it.
Apparently the advice "Man up and stop being so melodramatic" isn't appropriate.

I guy I worked with frequently had to call a number similar to the Samaritans
The number he needed was something like 205123, and the local samaritans was 205555. Guess who had a sticky 5 button on his phone?
The worst part was convincing them that is was a mistake:
- Hello, Samaritans
- Oh sorry, wrong number.
- [caring, compassionate voice] Are you sure?
- Yes!
- And there's nothing you'd like to talk to someone about?
- Grrr! *click*
It happened so often he started to get depressed about it...
