I've done a few straight edge gigs
recently. One of them had some very far right overtones.

Skinheaded punks mostly. Easily led chumps, the lot of them.

Straight Edge is a life style choice
which I have not got any problems with. Each to their own and all that. A lot of Straight Edge bands are Hardcore Punk and metal, Oi and god knows what else. Most of the people I've come across have been on the far left, anarchy and all that but there are a couple of subsections who are far right. There's also Hardline which takes straight edge further.
