recepy jack: I cooked Mahi Mahi today
marinated in lime-juice and honey and then fried, and ate it with rice and some vegetables. it's quite nice, but I think it would have been better in a salad.

I bought a frozen fillet from my local chinese store without knowing what kind of fish it actually was. aparently the english word for "Mahi Mahi" is "dolphin fish" even though it isn't a dolphin.
