I'd vote not, but then I am biased because my new neighbours are dolescum that think it's ok to shout, scream, slam doors from 11pm to 5:30am

I think they've gone to bed now.
If they think they're going to sleep, they are very much mistaken.

The last 3 nights have been like this, despite several polite and not-so-polite prods from most of the neighbours.
