well i have platform sandal things i can wear, or black maryjanes.
you can't see them under the legwarmers.

if i wore it without the legwarmers it has to be just the top (black) skirt - the straps are fixed to the tartan one.

I think I'd prefer them if they were less flarey. I do like the skirt, though.
