sounds like something shouted during a robot fight scene
in a japanese cartoon, our robot hero in mid air strikes a defiant fighting pose with the cry of *nipple ejects*

immediately followed by lens flare on his nipples (and the all important zing sound effect) before they detach and attack the baddie
