my advice? keep busy. spend time with your friends. don't contact her. work hard.don't rebound onto someone inappropriate. take your time, have a cry. have a few. don't be afraid to talk about it with people, especially girls :) who appreciate a man with a heart that isn't just a fucking machine, but without overdoing it. don't bang on too much, if you can work out how to do this, let me know.. people will either understand or will remember you when it's their turn to feel the pain.
