I made one once where I used conditional cell formatting to change a big face on the screen's expression depending on what mood you typed in A1.
And one to randomly generate a cowboy wanted poster that suits the individual based on a series of yes no questions.

it's data entry. i print off a report from the computer and then enter it into the computer.
