I've now taken time to consider this
and it DOES make some kind of sense. If "whole-buttocked" is compared with the phrase "half-arsed", there IS a precedent for this sort of language.

You don't need any precedent
You can make up any word you like, due to English's beautifully pragmatic nature.
For example, it was my Polanniversary last week.
