The first time I actually went to the walk in centre because one of the polyps was protruding from my nostril the nurse type I saw said "it looks like a lump of mucus" got some tweasers and attempted to yank it out......they have roots into your sinuses, I nearly stabbed that bitch.

Basically some kind of cyst/abscess type thing that's been incubating near my arse scar. Got to the point where it was big hard and sore and you'd rather see the back of it so I nicked it with the razor. Imagine one of those you tube zit videos just not as big.

Fuck the relief was worth it.

I know someone who suffers with a similar ailment
They had four or five of them in a 12 month period ended up with operations on them, keep a look out for anymore starting up, strong antibiotics can help shrink them down loads.
