We are not, another college nearby has and they have a cable they will have to turn off that is labelled for our college and goes to our college on their drawings. After an hour wandering around various sub-mains turns out it has nothing to do with us.

We've got an old lead sheath armoured cable in a basement that just has a little sign that says
"Of unknown supply, possibly live" and its my favourite cable. We had to build a wall round it recently.
