I bought a full set of kef 5.1 eggs, the original ones because my then wife made me give up floor standing speakers incase they fell on the baby. They were shit , the wife was shit and I've never bought speakers since 2004

Tannoy Revolution DC6 bookshelf speakers together with some big non brand things for added whallop
M-Audio AV 40 as computer monitors
Rokit RP8 for studio & dj bollox

They all perform their various roles satisfactorily.
