I want to make it very clear that as a GP I can't recommend private penus embiggening surgery.

I realise that having a small penus can be a source of significant distress and it is very unfair that it is not something that patients are not able to access through the NHS but unfortunately with healthcare funding being limited it is not available at this time.

I do not feel comfortable advising patients to pay for their treatment and suggest that we focus on psychological therapies to help you manage the feelings of inadequacy and despair arising from your tiny penus.

However if you insist you wish to proceed with surgery I may know a guy.
