but I dunno, "stuff on eBay" compo? I've seen better (more horrible in some cases) things up for auction than I've seen shopped

It tends to alternate week on week.
Some of the Dictator challenges have been great. this one was democracy though, so we've only ourselves to blame.

paint shop pro will handle a psd too
it's multilayered so you don't have to fiddle around cutting bits out, see
ooh you've got a bit of a steep learning curve ahead i think.. worth it though.
