your ideas are still as nutty as ever
but I dunno, "stuff on eBay" compo? I've seen better (more horrible in some cases) things up for auction than I've seen shopped
have ye never seen the kettle guy? - guy takes photo of a shiny metal kettle for auction, only he's nekkid when he takes the photo...

Instead of moaning and not joining in
why don't you show everybody how it should be done instead?

once I've finished burning & posting off
80s Ads CDs (as featured in the newsletter :) to people I'll set to on a killer eBay auction*

Seconded
There's far too much moaning about the competitions. If it's not your thing, do something that is.

there wasn't any voting on what last week's one was going to be about
which somewhat pissed me off

It's a dictator challenge
every second week - has been for ages.

Wasn't there?
That's most irregular!
Problem is, all the good ones have been done now, and everything seems to be a variation on a theme.

It tends to alternate week on week.
Some of the Dictator challenges have been great. this one was democracy though, so we've only ourselves to blame.

problem with the one this time round
is loads of people are using exactly the same template
I see enough of eBay when I'm dealing with auctions, let alone having b3ta invaded by fake listings
