It tends to alternate week on week.
Some of the Dictator challenges have been great. this one was democracy though, so we've only ourselves to blame.

paint shop pro will handle a psd too
it's multilayered so you don't have to fiddle around cutting bits out, see
ooh you've got a bit of a steep learning curve ahead i think.. worth it though.
