Edit: is there a password prompt when you try to open it in an editing application?
there's a ton of "PDF password recovery" programs out there...

Open it in Illustrator, and you can print it page by page
Long-winded way of doing it, but it works.

Potatoshop
is a bit rubbish at dealing with pdf's - it likes to rasterise.... but yes, at a pinch, you could do it in potatoshop.
Edit: it's images? oh well you'll be fine - one page at a time though.

Well,
it always is on b3ta anyway. Except that time I had a FP. It was different then for a short while. Ordinary talented but amazingly unpopular people like myself had their window of opportunity. Oh, those good old days.
