# Ning all.

There are thousands of Scotsmen drinking warm lager at half past 8 in the morning in the centre of my beloved city.

This is going to be continuing all day.

Later on, a lesser but still significant volume of Russians will be arriving.

They'll be the worse for drink as well.

Then there will be a football match.

I for one will be leaving work in oohh about an hour's time, going home - mercifully outside the city centre - and barricading myself indoors with GTA 4 and a baseball bat.

How's your day shaping up?
