ahh but he has 99 problems
of which a bitch isn't one, so potentially the 100th problem could be the problem relating to a bitch which would the mean 99% of his problems isn't a bitch and 1% is.
Or course if the 100th problem isn't a bitch then the maths is all wrong.

It looks more like a tart
Than a chart. No clever wordplay there, it just happened to rhyme. But if you can't learn pie charts from that picture then there is no hope.
