Because I use it to stir my twin tub when there's a power cut.

I actually had a twin tub washing machine one year at university.
I'd never previously heard of them, my mum had to explain how it worked.

It's from Rhod Gilbert - I was watching Live at the Apollo the other day.
Fantastic.
I just think it's a rather poetic turn of phrase.

nothing more satisfying than shooting your own child in the back

I still have my score card on my fridge from the last time I went.
I can remember taking it rather serious, commando rolls etc.Must have been my Tackleberry phase.

What you needed was a stick of camouflage face paint.
Don't put it on your face, smear the dark stripe onto the lazer sensors, so they can't be activated.

Judging by my score, you'd have thought I had done that ;)

Heh, I used to play that when I was a teenager.
A few of us occasionally went to the nearest one - which wasn't near at all - and then I went on my own to one in Glasgow, only to find that the only other people there were two fat geeks who obviously spent all day every day there and had memorised the set-up, and who spent the whole time shooting me constantly. I'm sure they enjoyed it. I didn't go back.

Glasgow Laser-Quest was quite possibly one of the single biggest dive's I've ever been in.
I too used to go as a young teen only to be bum-raped (in a nice way) by fat fuckers who clearly spend all their dole money on the shitty hot-dogs and shooting youngsters in the back.
Oh I'm not making this sound any better, am I?

I remember playing Quasar in Bath in my early teens
I was so pissed off not to be awarded "TOP GUN" award, even though I don't think I managed to shoot a single member of the opposing team. I spent the whole match camped in their base bit repeatedly shooting it for teh pointz

I seem to remember quasar was marginally better than laserquest
But I might be wrong

Ah, it was Quasar I played.
I was getting confused with Laser Squad on the Amiga, which was an awesome game.

Have a click
for both woosomeness and especially for the scoreboard at the end.
Laser quest would only accept up to 10 digits when I used to go. We always tried to fill it. I was Volcanogod.
