Nah.
Dog Soldiers is better. 28 Days Later got much better when it stopped ripping off the BBC version of Day Of The Triffids, but it's hard to recover from a bad start.

I think I preferred 28 Weeks Later,
The opening 15 minutes are epic. And the general gore is on a level with Saving Private Ryan.
