This is a question Bizarre habits

Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "Until I pointed it out, my other half use to hang out the washing making sure that both pegs were the same colour. Now she goes out of her way to make sure they never match." Tell us about bizarre rituals, habits and OCD-like behaviour.

what's a Jesus have to do with any sort of luck?
Do god botherers not believe in luck then?

I imagine you mean atheists with superstitions to be lucky.
An atheist with OCD would be more or less indistinguishable from a Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Mormom etc with OCD.

Edit: although it's possible that the religiously afflicted might pray to be relieved from their OCD - in even numbers, making sure every word was given equal stess, at the same time each day, starting again if they did it wroing, etc etc....

I think the point is
That a lot of religious rituals are formalised, taught OCD-like rituals. Feeling Rosary beads, prayer rituals, cleansing rituals etc.

Yeah, but OCD-like isn't the same as OCD.
Which is a neurological/psychological disorder.

I could say 'so exactly like religion then', but I won't. My point is, he might as well say 'atheist with cancer' or 'atheist with dyslexia'.

Toooo beeeee faiiirrrrrr
The original post reads a lot more along the lines of 'OCD-like' habits to be lucky, rather than clinically diagnosed OCD. Though this is my interpretation of what was written etc etc etc etc

Oh, the ignorance.
God doesn't make luck. Lady Luck makes luck. Completely different.
